Reply To RYGELXVI: Yes the nutritional info includes the avocado cream. You can find it in the list if you look at the "full nutritional breakdown..." link. It's listed as: 38 calories of Avocados & 20 calories of Greek Yogurt. So you'll save 58 calories a serving if you do not use it. Submitted by:
