Nutrition & Calorie Comments

What is the correct serving size? How did you reconfigure the recipe Perty Fat Mama? It sounds great!
This was okay, but I had to add so much salt that it ended up having as much sodium as actual ramen. If you check the facts on salt, just half a teaspoon has 1200 mg of sodium! (which is almost as much as the real ramen seasoning)
Thanks so much. this is just what I needed to add to my low sodium seasoning arsenal. Instead of salt, why not try a bit of soy sauce. very authentic.
I think the serving size is labeled wrong..Therefore the calorie count is high because it's showing for the entire jar made up in this recipe...I just refigured mine in the recipe calculator and it makes more sense...nice spice!!
I'm going to make this but I'm positive the calorie count is wrong...
This sounds terrific, but I can't believe the calorie count would be that high. Are you sure about that?
