Delicious! The coconut flour really soaked up the cooking fat and I had to keep adding oil to the pan. Nonstick spray didn't work at all for me. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Next time I'll use almond flour. My husband asked for more and we've already made 4 cans worth of cakes!
