I have been making this from the Eat for Life/Body for Life program by Bill Phillips. Also, Volumetrics has a crepe recipe almost identical with added liquid. If you use only 3 egg whites, you reduce calories and still get the same taste & benefit. Add 1/2 tsp. baking powder for fluffier pancakes.
