Thanks for posting this, I made it several months ago but I lost it. I add cumin and garam masala to it and decrease the oil to 1 tsp for a lower fat content. My 13 year old will eat this too if I don't puree it, so I will blend 1/2 of the recipe, and the other half leave chunky for her. Thanks!
