Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I nixed the pineapple and strawberries and doubled up the banans...not sure how that effected the calorie count but it tastes like a low-cal version of chunky monkey and it is awesome!!!
I am in LOVE with this. I wasn't quite sure about the calories so I calculated myself. For mine I used these brands: Cool Whip, Target brand frozen strawberries, Dole Pineapple, Jell-0 sugar free pudding. Everything came out in line with what it shows here, except I came up with 13 x 1/2 cups.
I have a very similar recipe that my mother in law gave me years ago that inlcuded confectioner's sugar and crunched up sandie's cookies. I have since made my own healthier recipoe much like the one above but with vanilla pudding and a graham cracker crust.
I love this and it's settles my sweet tooth, great with FF and SF Cheesecake pudding and a squirt of Hersheys syrup too
**But I will say the Nutritional Info for this recipe is not correct, I did it and then redid it on sparkpeople and it is higher then posted above, but still a healthy good treat
