I followed the recipe exactly (using buttermilk) and these turned out GREAT! They were a tad dry but I like dry biscuits. I added low-sugar raspberry jam... yum!
I want to make these, if I substituted heavy whipping cream would it affect the recipe and will it make the carb count lower?
