Very easy to make. I like using maple syrup instead of sugar or corn syrup in recipes, since it has more nutrients and is less processed. I didn't have any plain yogurt so I used some fat free stoneyfield superfruit yogurt (6 oz) and 2 oz of blueberry Kefir instead.
