Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Tasty and filling. It takes a lot to convince me to eat a cucumber, but I did enjoy this. I used fat-free miracle whip.
When I make these again, I'll make sure to keep the cucumber and tuna salad separate until immediately before eating. Unfortunately I made these in the morning before work, and by lunchtime the salt in the tuna had wilted the cucumber to a very rubbery texture. Otherwise it was great!
