I use tempura sauce which has less sodium than even low-sodium soy sauce. A little sweeter, but a nice flavor. I add probably too much garlic for anyone except myself, but I'm told it's good for me.
I like to add sliced mushrooms with this! I also use regular brown rice and omit the low sodium soy sauce to avoid the high sodium.
