Ingredients

    2 cups jasmine rice
    non-stick cooking spray
    1 lb beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    3 cups broccoli florets, blanched
    1/4 cup light soy sauce

Directions

Cook rice according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, spray with non-stick spray and sauté the beef until browned.
Add the garlic, green onion, broccoli and soy sauce; sauté for 1 minute.
Serve beef and broccoli over rice or combine into one dish.

    I like to add sliced mushrooms with this! I also use regular brown rice and omit the low sodium soy sauce to avoid the high sodium. - 4/2/14

    I use tempura sauce which has less sodium than even low-sodium soy sauce. A little sweeter, but a nice flavor. I add probably too much garlic for anyone except myself, but I'm told it's good for me. - 5/13/14

    I love broccoli and beef but DH does NOT so I cook it now and then just for myself.This is a very good recipe especially for one or two people. - 4/2/14
