Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I can't find low-fat vanilla wafers. Any ideas for a good substitute?
I made them without the vanilla wafers (can't have gluten) and used Swerve instead of sugar. They were awesome!
Delicious! Add some Benefiber to the recipe. Perfect.
YUM!!!! NOT ENOUGH FIBER THOUGH.
These berry cheesecake bites are yommy! I substitute to sugar for Stevia!
I made these for our 4th of July celebration. I used reduced fat cream cheese and Splenda. The vanilla wafers seemed kind of skimpy on the bottom, so I crushed up some more and sprinkled them over the wafer so the bottom was covered.
I used Splenda and fat-free cream cheese for all of it.
I used 16 oz of low fat cream cheese instead of mixing regular with fat free. Did not like vanilla wafers as the crust, so will choose a different cookie to find one that works for me. We made 2 sets with berries on top and one with chocolate chips mixed in. Very, very good!
