I substituted Splenda for the sugar. It was different.

This was delish and I substituted the maple syrup and nixed the cane sugar! Never thought to grill a grapefruit. It's a keeper!
I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I didn't measure the ingredients. I just winged it; vanilla, cinnamon sugar, plus I added maple syrup. I followed the tip of drizzling honey on top when it was done. Delicious!
I substituted coconut sugar for cane sugar. Soooooooooo good.
