Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Great breakfast. I used Splenda brown sugar blend. I could have this at the office also without heating. I love grapefruit and in Florida, where I am, they are always around. Suggestion to readers, use a Ruby Red grapefruit like in the picture; they are the best ones.
I love grapefruit! I usually have only one half of the grapefruit, add another carb and a protein to make a well-rounded and satisfying breakfast.
It was ok, but I had a very tart grapefruit (even the sugar couldn't save it!)
My gram used to make this for me, adding a dash of cinnamon to the sugar. This is a wonderful recipe :-)
I love ruby red gragefruits and this recipe is do good, I use brownsugar splenda on mine and was great.
