Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is a very good mix and very tasty, although I changed mine a little. I did rate in on the ingredients used, which turned out very tasting. Here's what I changed, 1 C. GF pulp, 1/3 sugar, 1/3 BS, 1 C. Flour and 1 C. Wheat flour, 1tsp and 1/2 soda, and I used chinese 5 spice in place of cinnamon.
