Nutrition & Calorie Comments

How about subbing almond milk for the regular milk, and sweetening with Xylitol instead of sugar...sounds like a perfect and healthy egg nog.
I am glad to know how to make the traditional egg nog so I have a comparison to the low fat low sugar recipes that Spark People have provided.
remember going with my parents at the holiday time and getting served home made egg nog hoping this tastes the same
Just a note to others look at the serving size 1/3 of a cup that is not much and a cup would be 300 calories
What happen to the nutmeg? Egg nog need nut meg to help bring up the flavor. I don't use salt.
