This is very, very good even though I cut back on the salt. I served this with some really good bread and the whole family enjoyed it.
Here is a substitute for packet of savon goya that makes approx. 36 servings:
1 tablespoon msg
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander (to taste)
1 teaspoon ground annatto seeds (to taste)
(you can omit the MSG and add nothing or salt if you are sensitive.)
