I loved this! I omitted the splenda, used unsweetened coconut milk instead of skim, and made it with just the cinnamon and a few slices bananas. Would also be great withh sliced fruit, nuts, and protein powder mixed in. Thanks for sharing something so versatile!
Excellent and nutritious. Let me add...if you also add 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal and 1/2 scoop Soy Protein Powder (vanilla) it adds ALOT more nutritional power! I use honey instead of splenda. Have eaten this receipe everyday for the past 6 months for breakfast only hot. Yummmy and Healthy!! Enjoy!
