My kids and I have a veggie pizza for lunch sometimes. I use the lowfat crescent rolls, and an 8 oz lowfat cream cheese mixed with a packet of ranch dressing mix and a dab of sour cream to thin it. We skip the olives & love shredded carrots and peppers on there. It's even great without cheese!
