Very good. The noodles cooked up fine which I was worried about. My family really liked this. The nutritional info is great for lasagna...not too many carbs, lots of protein and I can even have room in my calories for 2 servings most of the time. Great!
My whole family loves this lasagna! I use low fat ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and I increase the sauce by doubling the tomatoes, paste and seasonings, and increasing the water by 1/4 cup. With all the extra sauce, no one misses all the mozzarella usually found on lasagna. Delicious!
Halved the salt and left out the sugar. Also added more of the basic spices because I like them, but so fantastic. This is a keeper that I'll certainly make again.
Awesome! Used non-fate Ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. Amazing!
THis is a fantastic recipe! Lasagna was SOOOO good!!! I used whole wheat noodles and they tasted exactly like regular noodles. I was afraid the low fat cottage cheese would make it taste healthy, but this lasagna was just like real lasagna. Very easy to make and absolutely delicious!
