Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I omitted the grapes, as they are very high in natural sugar, just doubled the apples. Added a little Splenda to make up for the missing sweetness. Also used light mayo instead of the Miracle Whip, just because it was what I had on hand at the time. Tasted great! Thanks for sharing!
