Where do we find low-sodium baking powder?
I substituted an egg, sugar, and regular baking soda - still a *little* sodium but it's hardly anything compared to something like a boxed mix, and these are really easy to make - mix everything in a bowl and pour. And yes, they taste great too :)
I made waffles with this batter. 3/4 cup of batter made 1 LARGE waffle. I used Benecol Light buttery spread on top along with some sugar-free/low sodium maple syrup. It was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much!!!
