Ground Venison Recipes

Easy pressure cooker dish.

I make three pounds at a time using 2.5 lbs of venison and .5 lbs of beef suet.

My husband loves to hunt, so we always have a freezerful of venison. I have been trying various recipes over the years and I think this is one of our favorites.

Use this meat mixture in any recipe as a substitute for ground beef.

This chilli is great served with corn bread.

This tastes much better than it looks! Super Easy! It is great served over mashed potatoes or pasta. You can add french style green beans, mushrooms, onions, or others if you want more veggies.

This is really easy and quick, under 400 cal, low-fat, and around 50 g carbs. The venison cuts down the fat tremendously that you'd normally have when you use ground beef.

I take the traditional "Rotel Cheese Dip" and add in ground beef and/or ground venison for a party dip my husband loves. You can use all ground beef if you don't have vension on hand.

Serving size is 1/4 cup
