Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used half Splenda half sugar. Splenda doesn't thicken the way sugar does, the pectin in the strawberries need sugar.
Nice recipe for a fruit dessert without all the sugar. I did it in a square pan to cut four pieces, & that works, but it is pretty thin when you do it that way as compared to an individual cup. Added some cinnamon and spices too. I use swerve or monk fruit sugar replacements.
