I love this low carb cheeseburger soup recipe! Yummy
I doubled the veggies and added a cup of corn to give it more filler, I know corn is high in carbs. Also added extra cup of beef broth and some water to make the servings stretch. Should have added a bit more cheese though. My 12 year old loved it.
GREAT!! I used half ground turkey and used fat free half and half and 2% milk cheddar cheese. I am trying to find meals to make for my 24 year old pregnant daughter who does not like to cook-its a great meal-meat, cheese, milk and vegetables. thanks
