Recipe was super easy! I did alot of subsitutions, I used whole wheat flour, egg beaters, 1/2 splenda-1/2 brown sugar, applesause, then added a lil cinnamon & vanilla extract. Man was it awesome! try it! I will definatly use it again!
Yum. I added blueberries too. Substituted apple sauce/yogurt for butter, and maple syrup for sugar. Delicious and easy.
I made this using whole wheat flour and substituted splenda for the sugar. I was great - a nice solid muffing that cured my craving for banana muffins for sure. I will definitely be making this again. Will freeze some for quick breakfasts!
