I made this for our Sunday family dinner. I got rave reviews. I substituted Splenda for the sugar, and also
substituted Sugar free apricot preserves for the glaze. I would definitely make it again.
I wouldn't call this healthy because of the sugar cookie dough, but it sure tastes wonderful!
