Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Haven't tried it yet, but wouldn't some heavy whipping cream beat stiff with an added sweetener work ok for a filling? Or 2 Tbsp of creamy whipped topping is only 1carb, you could put that on them too if you wanted a chocolate glob like the pic.
I tried this, and it came out so salty I could barley finish chewing! I was sadly disapointed! My boyfriend said they got better as they sat and mellowed out a bit, but hes a huge dark chocolate fan and wasn't asking me to make these again, so that speaks volumes to me. Good luck guys!
Great low carb way to satisfy my chocolate craving. Thanks!
I have been looking for a low carb recipe like this for a while now. I tried this recipe and found a winner! I did add 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract to the ingredients and used 10 drops liquid sucralose (Sweetzfree) instead of the erythritol. Great, < 1 net carb treat!
