This is a Smoothie that uses PB2 (can get on Amazon), instead of real peanut butter -it saves some calories & fat & tastes just as good. The best thing about this smoothie is that it lasts in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days so you can make several in 2 cup mason jars and they will be ready to grab & go for the next few days!
These really moist muffin or muffin top. They are great to have a grab and go breakfast or just a pick me up snack. They are very low in fat and sugar, high in protein.
A delicious smoothie as a meal. I was trying to figure out a smoothie that called for peanut butter with no banana and I could find one appealing so I threw something together with ingrediants around the house and BAM!!! Heaven in a cup :)
Great chocolate taste with plenty of protein to make this a meal!
