Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tube sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 T. cornstarch
    2 T. sugar
    1 can chunked pineapple, save juice
    1 can mandarin oranges, save juice
    1 banana
    1/2 pint strawberries
    1 kiwi fruit
    Any other fruit of choice

Directions

Bake cookie dough according to the package on a cookie sheet. Spread flat. Let it cool completely. In small bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla; then spread ovr the cooled cookie dough. Place fruit on top. Take fruit juice and mix with cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of sugar; bring it to a boil in a small pan. Let it cool slightly and then spread it over the fruit. Refrigerate pizza for a t least one hour.

    I made this for our Sunday family dinner. I got rave reviews. I substituted Splenda for the sugar, and also
    substituted Sugar free apricot preserves for the glaze. I would definitely make it again.
