Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I couldn't find frozen or fresh cranberries so used dried ; used no oil b/c the applesauce replaces it; i used 1/4 cup Domino sugar/stevia blend , a 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, and the rest a mix of bread and all-purpose flour, i placed in oven for 50 min n it was done, a little dense but tasty! Tnx!
Overall very good...I like my bread just a little bit sweeter so may include a little more sugar next time, but it was a great breakfast bread!
