Great recipe! Didn't find it too salty at all. Very very good Thai flavors! My family loved it too!
When these chicken bits fry up they remind me of scallops. I'll be using this frying method again. Thanks for the insperation. I did the recipe as is. It is very salty but I will _definitely_ be making this again with a few changes. I'll be ommiting the 2t salt & reducing the soy sauce to 1t.
