Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very good, my entire family loved it... I did not use the oil, added oregeno, cayenne pepper and worcestershire sauce for more flavor. I had rice as a side dish for everyone but me, I had mine w/o the rice to save on calories..this receipe is definately a keeper.
Our whole family loved this recipe! I used ground turkey, no oil, and cabbage which was pre-chopped to make cole slaw as a time saver. I also used low-sodium soy sauce. Since I didn't have green pepper, I substituted celery. It was very nicely seasoned.
I have made this several times now and we love it!! I used reduced sodium soy sauce, and about half of the suggested amount. Also I include whatever I have on hand for fresh veggies. great way to get those veggies into the diet- this is one recipe I will pull out to make again & again!!
Made without carrots (none on hand) and used reduced sodium soy sauce. Great fresh flavor with the cabbage and we enjoyed it. Very quick and easy. Will make again.
