Made this tonight in a 9X13 pan instead of 8X8 - it worked great! My hubby said he liked it better than regular lasagna! Sweating the zukes with salt helped to make it less watery.
Very good. I left out the salt, but that probably wasn't a good idea. It was a bit watery. Next time I'll follow the directions.
