looks good, but between the biscuit and the gravy, you've had your salt for a day. I would try and make your own cream of mushroom soup, leave the salt out
The calorie count is wrong though as the biscuit itself has 180 calories. Is the 156 for the gravy only? If you add the two together it is a whopping 336 ! Which isn't so bad if you can stop at one! LOL
