Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was delicious. I didn't have any sour cream so I substituted plain nonfat yogurt Greek style and cottage cheese to equal 2 cups. I used a 16 ounce bag of organic spinach. With the rest of the ingredients as is, it turned out wonderful. I will definitely save and make this recipe again.
I love this recipe. I make it all the time, and it's a quick mini meal on the go if you spoon the casserole into individual serving dishes. I also use 1 cup lowfat sour cream, 1 cup lowfat ricotta, and lowfat cheese to cut the calories even more.
This is basically spinach dip. I used low fat sour cream.
Very tasty. However, I did mix fat free sour cream with reduced fat ricotta. I also added 1tsp roasted garlic and 1 chopped onion. Delicious. Thanks!
Yummy! I also lightened this up with fat free sour cream and 2% cheddar and mozzarella. A keeper!
Although I prefer to cook vegan, I still have a love for all things casserole! I will make this with tofutti sour cream substitute and either vegan cheddar or real lo-fat cheddar to cut calories and fat.
