more like sugar glazed salmon
My husband and I tried this one out last night. Wonderful flavor, but next time I think we'll try it on the BBQ. The sugar seemed to cook faster than the salmon so we ended up with burned sugar all over the pan. We will definitely add this to the rotation and change up the spirit from time to time.
My hubby and self enjoyed this recipe very much. Was a bit sweet for our tastes. Will try again not using sugar but alternate sourse.TKs
Great recipe! I had difficulty with the marinade burning as well, even with adding water. Perhaps the sugar? I think I will try baking it next time.
