Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This looks good but the sodium content is too high for my low sodium meal plan. I will try to reduce it before I try it.
Have to calculate what the meat is because there are three of them there and it depends on what meat that you use and to the calories.
This was REALLY good!! I multiplied the recipe by 5 and I used Char Siu Sauce (Chinese barbeque sauce) and it was very delicious. We are definitely cooking this again. The only thing is that the calories are off quite a bit, it doesn't include the chicken - 400+ cals with chicken.
As the previous reviewer said, the meat is not listed in the nutritional facts. There are not 3 cups of veggies listed also (I counted 1.5 cups, plus a broccoli spear). Finally, the serving size is 1, and almost six oz of meat and 3 cups of veggies are a lot for 1 person. 391 cal w/chicken and rice.
It appears the calorie content/full ingredient list is missing the meat. Am I the only one who noticed this? I thought it was too good to be only 250 calories.
it was good, not great. I added steamed baby carrots, and sugar snap peas. Would have liked a little more sauce, but will certainly make it again!
I added 3/4 c. reduced sodium chicken broth & increased the cornstarch to 1 T. We really liked this. Next time will add the red pepper flakes as another person suggested to bake it a bit zippier.
Very good. I added 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper. Would add 1-2 TBL of water to the sauce next time as it was a little salty for my taste.
I really liked this, good flavor and not too salty for me.
