Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

These were so good. I have issues with the calorie count. Is the calories for one muffin?
I substituted 1/2 cup ground flax seed for the oat bran. I aslo cut out the 1/2 cup of sugar and used low sugar applesauce. This makes a great breakfast muffin and snack anytime of the day.
Fantastic! I didn't have everything so I substituted 1/4 c more apple sauce for a banana. Organic Flax Plus Multibran Cereal for Kashi Autumn, and 7 grain flour for Oat bran. My nutritional info has changed but is still a filling/nutritious choice. Yum!
Very good muffins, but the whole wheat flour is not listed in the Ingredient Details from which the nutrition info is calculated. I believe the calorie count would be around 125 or so, but don't know how much it might affect the fiber.
