It was reall really good. I added a different kind of pasta, smaller for soup, and i goes great with a low fat grilled cheese and parmesan ontop!
Truly delicious - I question, though, whether it can really have 593 calories per bowl. Isn't that high? I'm going to try to make it with fat free broth and skip the EVOO.
