Awesome!!! I made a few changes. Added sm can of diced no-salt added tomatoes. Left out carrots and added corn. Used Yukon Gold small potatoes and left unpeeled, because that is what I had on hand. Used gluten free bisquick instead of the flour as I needed this to be fluten free.
YUMMY. I didn't add any sugar or flour. I used some cornstarch instead. So friggin good.. I reminds me of my childhood.
This stew is awesome! Even this 8yo son of mine who picks at everything! I used sweet potatoes instead of white ones and added green beans. Honey instead of sugar (1/2 tbs) and I cut the salt in half with a tbs beef broth "Better than Bullion". Thanks!
