If you don't add the soy sauce, you will need to add a little salt for taste. I also like to add finely chopped parsley. I use basically the same recipe for non-vegetarian gravy by using low sodium/low fat beef or chicken broths. I also will add some ground sage if serving dressing. Submitted by:
