Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Too salty.
very good! I used a frozen whole wheat pizza dough, some places you can find it fresh in the fridge, use a low or non fat cheese and quit whining!!! If you don't like how it sounds... don't try it!
One slice 400+ calories ? I can eat a lot of great food both for breakfast and lunch for that.
all things in moderation people. This is a very good base I use all the time, just need to adjust the carbs.
Too many calories
I just love how everyone is a critic and finds anything to complain about. If you don't like it--why comment? We are not blind, we can see the calories & carbs ourselves. PPL want to know how it tastes, they don't want to see comments saying you're not going to cook it because of complaining
I have done something similar with a tortilla or half a large pita, BBQ sauce, chicken, fat free/ skim milk mozzarella and red onion.

Bake in the oven at 400 for 5 to 8 minutes until crispy.
A nice idea but cut the sugar just a bit much calorie wise and who will eat jus one slice.
Serving is too small for such high calories and carbs. May as well eat real pizza.
would not be interested in this...way too many calories and WOW all those carbs!
I really just didn't like it, the flavors and then to add in all the carbs and calories. Just not worth it in my mind. I won't make it again.
at only 1 wedge a serving for 400 and some calories... not really healthy
sodium and calories are WAAAYY too high! This is not a good Spark Recipe. Wow...
sounds like way too many carbs for anyone wanting to lose weight!
Sodium is too high and I think the carbs are high too.
Does anyone else think that 416 calories per serving is just a bit horrifying? I think most people on SP are trying to lose weight. I got excited thinking I could make pizza for my family, but those calories! Might as well order in, and that's defeating the point!
