Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I loved this recipe!! I did however edit it just a little bit. I wanted a little bit sweeter bread and I love the taste of brown sugar. So, I used 1/3 cup of light brown sugar and 1/4 cup of regular sugar. It came out so wonderfully!!!
This recipe completely ruined my breadmaker. I followed the recipe but I think the large amount of sugar made the bread burn. Underneath the burned bits the bread was quite nice, but not nice enough to make again. Sorry. :-(
sssssssooooo good!! i added half a cup of oats and subbed a half cup of whole wheat pastry flour to get a little extra fiber. This bread is amazing, fluffy, and delicious! I thought that 1.5 tbsp of cinnamon would be over powering, but it wasn't, it was perfect! Thank you for the awesome recipe!!
You can cut 45 calories out of this by using egg substitute instead of real eggs and light butter instead of real butter. Doesn't change the taste at all.
"Is that 5 cups of sugar?" lol OK, great. Sounds like something my granddaughter would love.
