6 oz of meat was not enough for 4 serv, added 8oz. This is a good base recipe, but it needs a little more flavor and depth. I added 2 tsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp garlic, and a splash of rice wine vinegar. Also try mixing in 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and only 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce~nice
