Tasty! I subbed Splenda brown sugar, used all white whole wheat flour, reduced fat peanut butter, & buttermilk instead of sour milk - came out good. I haven't figured out the calories for my version yet, but should be substantially lower (or, I will have bigger servings!). My kids like it too!
