Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Someone gave it 5 stars so I tried it. But the 2 cups of cider vinegar must be an error. It was so sour, I had to try to fix it. I added brown sugar, apple and onion. It's better, but I wouldn't make it again. I bet the person giving it 5 stars hasn't made this particular recipe.
I make this in a similar way but use much less vinegar. More like 2 Tablespoons. Also before boiling cabbage I shred and salt to draw out the fluid and soften. It is savory of course .
