Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was very good! I skipped the salt though. The dressing can be made by itself and used over and over again.
It was very tasty. I did an experiment with another batch of the ingredients, but substituted an equivalent of Splenda for the sugar, replaced the dijon mustard and black pepper with a healthy pinch of wasabi powder and cut back on the olive oil and added some sesame oil to make up the difference.
cut the salt and use lite cranberry juice and turns into a great low cal salad..fabulous taste and low sodium to boot!
