Brown rice, veggies and lentils
Quick, easy and nutritious for cooking in a rice cooker. Prepare most of it in the am. Set the timer and go to work. Come home. Microwave veggies and enjoy. You can add seasonings like cumin, hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste. I kept it on the bland side as I was pureeing the leftovers for baby food.
