    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup onions chopped
    1 garlice clove
    1 cupmushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups cooked lentils
    2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions

saute onions and garlic clove intil onions are slightly turning brown add mushroom til cooked add lentils and brown rice and salt and pepper to taste...enjoy!
